From ceramic amphorae to aluminum cans. Theoretically we have learned a lot about the daily habits and mythology of ancient civilizations by simply studying their ornaments on everyday objects such as vases or containers. What will they learn in the future of our habits and our myths from our containers?

Born in Naples and now based in Athens, Paolo Incarnato produce work tackles the complex relationship between man and material by exploring the idea of sculpture and installation through the use of common objects, transforming their meaning.
Influenced by Pop Art and Arte Povera, his work is characterized by the use of simple and recycled materials that the artist reworks to address social issues and the presence of man in the modern world.
With his practice, Incarnato alters objects by creating structures that compare relationships between matter and concept, reflecting on the past, referring to the present and imagining the future.
Throughout his production there is always a personal and subtle sense of irony, which loads its themes with meaning and originality, so as to give lightness even to the most demanding themes.
